How do I pay for my order?

After placing your order, you will need to manually send payment, as payments are not automatic. We currently accept Cash App and Venmo.

Do you answer questions about medical use, research use, dosing, or product recommendations?

No. We do not answer questions regarding dosing, product use, or product recommendations. It is the buyer's sole responsibility to determine appropriate and legal use. Questions regarding these topics will not be answered.

What if I entered my address incorrectly?

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

• If an order is delivered to the wrong address due to an incorrect address entered by the customer, a new order must be placed and paid for.
• If a package is returned to Nova due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.

What is your policy on returns or refunds?

All sales are final.
Once an order has shipped, no returns or refunds will be accepted.

My package is delayed or lost. What should I do?

If USPS fails to deliver your package, please contact us and we will assist you in starting a claim.

• Once a package is marked Delivered, we are unable to replace the order.
• If your package is marked delivered but you believe it was delivered incorrectly, please contact USPS directly for further assistance.

Shipping Insurance

Packages are insured up to $100. If your package is lost, damaged in transit, or delayed, please reach out to USPS to start a claim.

Shipping Policies

At Nova, we strive to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible. Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. During periods of high order volume or unforeseen delays, processing times may extend to 3-5 business days.

We currently ship most orders via USPS Ground.

• Flat Rate Shipping: $7 (USPS Ground)
• Free Shipping: Orders over $100 qualify for free USPS Ground shipping
